Is smoking allowed in the condo?
Island Time Getaways has a no smoking policy inside of our condos.

Are linens and towels provided, or do I need to bring my own?
All beds are made with fresh linens (sheets, blankets, and pillow cases). There are enough bath towels, hand towels, and face towels for one of each per person. Please BYOBT (Bring Your Own Beach Towel.)

What are the amenities of each home?

What are the check-in procedures?
Check-in is at 4 pm. We will email you check-in instructions the week before your stay, which will include directions.

What are the check-out procedures?
Check-out is by 10 am. We ask that they text us upon departure so that our cleaning team can get in faster and provide a possible early check-in for the next guest. Our cleaning team will be there at 10:00 ready to work. Please make sure dishes are loaded in the dishwasher and ready to be sanitized. Dispose of trash in the garbage dumpster located on the property. You do not need to wash sheets and towels as we have a linen company that launders these items after you leave.

How do I book a reservation online?
From the main home page, select your dates of arrival and departure on the left-hand side. The following page will list all the properties that are available for those dates. We take a Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 50% of the total price is due at the time of booking a reservation. If your reservation is made within 60 days of arrival, payment is due in full. Your final balance due must be received no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If payment is not received, the balance due will be charged to the credit card we have on file.

What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund provided by ITG if cancellation is made four (4) weeks before arrival date; if cancelation made before one week to arrival date (7 days), ITG provides a 50% refund. Less than 7 days to arrival date, ITG will maintain the right to refuse your refund.

Who cleans the condo?
We use the best cleaning service in Gulf Shores to ensure our properties are always absolutely clean. There’s a fee associated with the service that will be applied to the rental unit upon reservation.

Do you have a Lost and Found?
Did you leave something behind? No worries, just email us and we’ll let you know if we recovered your lost item.

Are the condo’s cleaned daily?
No, our beach houses are cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. Additional service during your stay must be planned in advance and will require an extra charge.
